Cancellation Policy

Mobile appointments require our approval before they are confirmed. A valid card is required to hold an individual appointment. You may cancel or reschedule online at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged $60. Cancellations inside 4 hours and missed appointments are charged $105, since travel time is reserved for you. Fees may be waived at our discretion.
